You receive the following error when running a health test "Verify that the Exchange Managemen (65972)

You receive the following error when running a health test "Verify that the Exchange Management Shell is properly configured for the account used for the test execution. Note that this error can occur using impersonation when Update Rollup 1 for Exchange 2007 Server Service Pack 1 is not installed on the server and client computer."

Please make sure the account running the health test has all the minimum required permissions.

1) Local Administrator on the Exchange server.
2) Local Administrator on the Spotlight Server.
3) Is a memeber of the Exchange View-Only Administrators group.
 

If you are running an Organization which has both Exchagne 2007 and Exchange 2010 servers please make sure the service account beling to both the Exchange View-Only Administrators (this is for 2007) and View-Only Organization Management (this if for 2010).
