You will see the following error in the Details of the Lync Audio/Video Conferencing Health Test and the Lync Instance Messaging Health Test.

The two test users that are required to run the Health Test are a member of a policy that does not allow participants to invite anonymous users.
Move the two test users to a new policy that "allows participants to invite anonymous users" and run the Health Tests again.
