Resolution
Exchange 2010 SP3 is not supported in Spotlight on Messaging 7.7 but it is supported on Spotlight on Messaging 7.8 or newer which can be downloaded from our Support site. https://support.quest.com/Default.aspx and select the Downloads like and select Spotlight on Messaging.
