1. Turn off User Account Control by going into the registry and editing the EnableLUA key and set it to "0" the key is located HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
After it is changed the server will need to be rebooted.
2. Before you begin the install again right click on the Autorun.exe and select "Run As Administrator"
