Details:
Failed to create CDOEXM object. Error: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {25150F25-5734-11D2-A593-00C04F990D8A} failed due to the following error: 80040154.
Cause

This happens when the Exchange 2003 System Manager is broken or not installed while running the Storage Health Test against Exchange 2003 servers.
Resolution

Either repair the Exchange System Manager or install the Exchange System Manager.
