When trying to add a counter or a Threshold to a Server health Test, the Spotlight on Messaging Management Console freezes up and you have to kill the Process to unfreeze the system.

Cause
Bug found in Spotlight on Messaging 7.4 - TF00112922

Resolution
1. Unzip the Attachment (Som.Console.ServerHealthTestUI.zip) and put the 2 files in the locations detailed below, please overwrite any existing files:
2. Open Services.msc and stop Spotlight Distributed collector and Spotlight Diagnostic Test Engine services.
3. Copy the two attached .dll files into <installeddirectory>\Program Files\Quest Software\Spotlight on Messaging\ManagementConsole\Binaries
4. Start the Spotlight Distributed collector and Spotlight Diagnostic Test Engine services.
5. Add Exchange 2007 Performance counter via the Health Test.
This will be fixed in the Next Release of Spotlight on Messaging version 7.4.1 -
