Description
When viewing an Exchange 2010 server through the Spotlight on Messaging 7.4.1 Diagnostic Console, the Active Directory Servers Drilldown shows a blank "Phantom" entry in the server list.

Bug in SOM 7.4.1 Exchange 2010 Template

Resolution
Download the attached SOM Exchange 2010.zip file.
1. Close all open Spotlight consoles
2. Extract the attached SOM Exchange 2010.zip template file to the following directory on Spotlight server <Installed Drive>\Program Files\Quest Software\Spotlight\Console\Templates
3. Open Spotlight console and connect to Exchange 2010 server, view AD servers Drilldown.
