Description
After making changes in an Exchange org and running a "Force Discovery" the following error appears:
Unexpected Internal Error in Discovery
Transaction aborted while writing discovery data to database. Operation failed for table T_ManagedObjectLinks. Failed to load data from database. Query: Update table T_ManagedObjectLinks. Inner exception: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_T_ManagedObjectLinks'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.T_ManagedObjectLinks'.
The statement has been terminated.

Cause
Exchange Discovery fails when Routing groups are renamed in the organization.

Resolution
A fix was made available from development to fix Spotlight on Messaging 7.5
1. New dll is attached to this solution - Framework.DiagnosticServices.DiscoveryDataAccess.dll
2. Stop SpotlightDiagnosticTestEngine service
3. Back up your Database and the existing dll in ManagementConsole\binaries directory
4. Copy new dll
5. Start SpotlightDiagnosticTestEngine service
6. Force discovery by right clicking the Exchange org node -
