Spotlight for Messaging (SOM) takes a longer time to change slides during slideshow.
The diagnostic console runs single threaded, so when it's busy collecting data, it is not able to change the slide.
When the console is attempting to contact a server for data, slide change will be delayed.
Enhancement request CR185851 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Spotlight for Messaging.
