Resolution
This script is a Microsoft Script used to create special user accounts for use with the Test-OWAConnectivity Cmdlet that is built into Microsoft Exchange. It can be found on your Exchange Server at the following Path:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Scripts
Note: This Path assumes that Exchange 2010 (V14) is installed at the default location on the C:\ Drive.
