Diagnostic Console Clients | MAPI Latency (ms) blank when monitoring a Exchange 2010 CAS Server
Cause

MSExchangeIS Client\RPC Average Latency (_Total) is where MAPI Latency (ms) gets its readings from. The performance Counter is only available on an Exchange Server with the Mailbox role installed. The counter is not available on a CAS only role server.
Resolution

This counter is currently being looked at and is up for review to be changed in a future release of Spotlight on Messaging.

Enhancement Request TF00252798 has been submitted to development for consideration in a future release of Spotlight on Messaging.
