The installer for Spotlight on Messaging runs everytime I launch the Spotlight Management Console. How can I stop this from happening?
Also in the Windows Application Event log I see the following set of warnings.

To resolve this issue please create the following registry key manually:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache
Relaunch the console, the installer should no longer run and the console should now launch normally.
