Description

Scenario: Environment is separated on 3 areas : AMER APAC and EMEA. Would like to use the insight : Email - Activity, separating statistics by area. For the insight : Mailboxes / Mailbox Activity / Internal vs. External, there is the choice of DAG Name, which contains the area name. However, do not see this one for Email - Activity.

Resolution

If the customer has set Country or Region attribute for the AD users, they may use Sender | Person | Country or Region to filter out the users in AMER, APAC or EMEA.
Or any of the followings:
Sender | Person | Office
Sender | Person | OU (advanced field)
Sender | Domain | Domain
The same applies to the Recipients.
