Exchange Online Hybrid User Configuration Warning: "Unable to resolve users originally directory synced from your on-premise Active Directory forest"
Description

When running the Exchange Online Hybrid User Configuration against Office 365, you notice the following warning:

Unable to resolve users originally directory synced from your on-premise Active Directory forest including users like ... Please double check the settings in LDAP Connection parameters section of the data source configuration, and verify directory sync is working properly for those users.
Cause

The Environment may use the on-site ObjectGUID attribute as the key identifying the account to Office 365. When sync’d to the cloud, the value of the GUID is converted to a binary value and stored in sourceAnchorBinary attribute in Azure (which is exposed as ImmutableID in PowerShell). These two properties are the primary link between Active Directory and Azure.
