Historical Message Counts Fluctuating after Daylight time change.
Description

You notice historical message counts in the activity Insights have changed during daylight savings. Why is this?
Cause

As of 8.5 Hotfix 5 each users Timezone is managed individually from their profile. By Default it is set to the Computers Timezone. When Daylight savings occurs the date of the email received or sent changes to reflect the users profile.
Resolution

WORKAROUND

1. At the top right-hand side of the screen click your profile name and click Edit Profile

2. Select "Use Specific", and type in the timezone numerical value of that timezone you would like to reports to be displayed in.
