WORKAROUND 1
Unified Communications Analytics does not support accounts with the same name in Parent and Child Domains. These accounts should not be used. Use another account.
WORKAROUND 2 (Not recommended)
1. Under the Security Node, Click on Add users
2. Select "Grant access to all users in all target environments"
3. Click Add
4. All users would not have access to the Admin Settings node, WORKAROUND 1 is recommended if possible.
