You have added this column to the Mailbox Inventory Insight and would like clarification on what exactly it means.
- If no messages were sent during the Insight date range that you ran it for, the mailbox/email address is considered to be inactive.
Note: the values ( or yes) will only show once.
If it shows "yes; ", it means that one or more email addresses are active, and one or more email addresses are not active.
Unfortunately, we can not tell which ones are active or not in the Mailboxes - Inventory insight.
