Incorrect average and percentage values for some reports when UCCS-A installed on OS where commas is decimal separator
Description
When Unified Communications Command Suite - Analytics (UCCS-A) is installed on an operating system with regional settings that use a comma as the decimal separator the following values are not displayed correctly:
•Average values (such as in the Lync Conference Duration in the Lync Conference Activity insight) show extremely large values;
•Percentage values – displayed values are larger than 100% (such as in the Lync QoE – Network insight)
