Opting out of AI Features in Quest Trusted Data Management Platform (or QTDMP) Solutions (4383422)

AI features are available by default in Quest Trusted Data Management Platform (or QTDMP) Solutions, but you can easily decline, disable, or block AI features if needed for your organization.

We understand that some organizations have internal policies restricting the use of AI. To help you comply with these policies, we’ve provided you with full control of your AI usage. Here are your three options: 

1. When initiating an AI-based feature, you will be prompted to accept our AI Terms of Use. You can simply decline the AI Terms of Use. If your internal policy changes in the future, you can click on the AI-based feature again and accept the AI Terms of Use to start using the feature.  Every Quest Trusted Data Management Platform (or QTDMP) user will be prompted to accept our AI Terms of Use upon initiating the AI feature. 

2. An AI Feature Override Switch is available in the Settings of the Quest Trusted Data Management Platform (or QTDMP) Organization, managed by the Quest Trusted Data Management Platform (or QTDMP) Platform Administrator(s). Platform Administrator(s) control the state of the AI feature (enabled or disabled) for your organization. The state of the AI feature applies to all users within the solution. 

3. If you prefer to have AI features completely disabled with no option to re-enable them, even Platform Administrator(s), contact our Quest Technical Support team.
