After upgrading to 2.5.915, when attempting to perform a password retrieve (/tpam | Retrieve | Retrieve Password), in Internet Explorer, the "Password" tab does not become enabled and stays greyed out. The the "Ticket System" drop down also cannot be selected.
The issue occurs when using Internet Explorer (IE) 8, or when using "Compatibility View" in IE9/10 or 11.
WORKAROUND 1
Ensure "Compatibility View" is not enabled

Use an alternative browser such as IE9+, Firefox or Chrome.

Details: Fix support for IE8 when retrieving password, editing Ticket System Rules, and editing User details. (8017) Allow text in Account Details Change Log table and others to be selected (8022).
