On the Toad Intelligence Central home page, the date format shown is sometimes of the format "MM.DD.YYYY" and sometimes "DD.MM.YYYY". Is there a way to set this to a fixed format?
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Install Windows OS with UK (or international, Australian etc. date format)
2. Install Toad Data Point and Toad Intelligence Central 5.5
3. Start Toad Data Point 5.5 and connect to any data source
4. Create and publish something (a sql script, a query builder, automation etc.)
5. Log into the Web Console on Toad Intelligence Central(TIC)
Expected result: TIC displays consistent date format in object details
Actual result: TIC displays inconsistent date format in object details
