When deleting a folder which contains a published snapshot, the scheduled refresh event does not get deleted -
Description
When connected to Toad Intelligence Central (TIC) via Toad Data Point (TDP), in the "Objects" tab, if a folder containing a published snapshot is deleted the snapshot object will be deleted, but if a snapshot refresh was scheduled, that refresh event it will not get deleted internally.
This can cause the scheduled refresh event to keep firing and failing as it cannot find the snapshot object.
In some cases this can cause the internal TIC MySQL database to crash every time the event is fired, as seen below:
"The Toad Database Server (Toad Intelligence Central) service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 14 times(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 10000 milliseconds: Restart the service."

Cause
This issue is caused by TIC not deleting the associated snapshot refresh event when the snapshot object gets deleted. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
The snapshot scheduled event can be deleted manually, please contact Technical Support for assistance.
STATUS
Awaiting for a fix in a future version of Toad Intelligence Central. -
