Cannot activate license key even though it's a correct key. Error: The license key that was entered is not a valid Intelligence Central license. -
Cause
The Toad Intelligence Central (TIC) Server version is 2.7 and the TIC Admin Console is version 2.6. -
Resolution
Run the TIC installation file, which should indicate the current versions, and then ensure the TIC Server version and and the TIC Admin Console version are the same i.e. both 2.7.
