"Access denied", cannot connect via root after installation.
Description
After installing(reinstalling) Toad Intelligence Central from the BI Suite, a connection to root@localhost cannot be made and there is no access to other uses and objects. "Access denied" error, or another error noting that a hub object cannot be found or executed, is given but the services have been started without any issue.
