Delay when opening Debugger -
Description
Right click | Debug on stored procedure in the Explorer cause Toad to hang for a few minutes before it is brought up in the editor for further debugging.

Resolution
Go to Tools | Options | Database | Cache -- uncheck "Enable Cache" to disable the option.
