We have an automated script that's unable to create a .csv file when running toad for sql in one of our windows servers. It gives the error:
"The process cannot access the file 'C:\AutomationScripts\FTP\test.csv' because it's being used by another process."
If we choose the option to create an excel file it runs fine. Also, when I run the script in my own computer where I have an instance of toad running and office 2010 the script runs without any problem and the csv file is created.
Our server doesn't have Excel running. I Installed excel but this didn't resolve the problem.
It never worked in the server. It works on my local computer. The scripts create an empty file test.csv and user can open it without a problem and user was able to rename it.
There no applications using it referring to message given.
