Background color not changing in Toad for SQL Server 2025 R1.

Unable to change the background color in Toad for SQL Server.

Repro steps - 

- Navigate to Tools | Options | Editor | General | Background
- Change the background color
- Press Apply or OK

No change is observed. Check screenshot below -

Defect ID - TSS-2987

WORKAROUND

The issue is specific to 2025 R1, as a workaround users can use Toad for SQL Server 8.1 where the issue is not found.
