Toad for SQL Server crashes every time the Schema function is opened (4334412)

1. When opening Toad, connected to two different servers (One is a SQL Server 2000, the other is SQL Server 2005)
2. Open editor against SQL Server 2000 database and use for a while (run a few different queries)
3. Open schema browser for same database as for editor
Once the error occurs, have to restart Toad before the schema browser can open successfully.
This error sometimes occurs when the schema browser has been open for a while, and then the user selects a different tab.

None
