The Windows Tasks scheduled with Toad are running an hour early due to DST being over.
Only these tasks are being affected as other tasks created directly in the Windows task Scheduler or by another tools have not being affected by the DST and are running at the time expected. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
Change the time manually in the Windows Task Scheduler
