Toad crashes with error upon startup: "System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception was unhandled" -
Description
Getting the following error message every time Toad 3.1 is started:
"System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception was unhandled" -
Cause
Possible cause is that .Net 2.0 or 3.0 is not installed correctly or is corrupted.

Resolution
1) Go to the directory where Toad is installed.
2) Double click on NGenWrapper.exe.
3) When running successfully you will be able to see a dialog window run for a long time and show the files it is running NGEn on. If you do not see this running, please uninstall and reinstall .Net.
