It used to be that if I clicked on an 'END' in my code, the corresponding BEGIN was highlighted for me. This no longers occurs in version 5.7
WORKAROUND
The 'Script Map' vertical tab shows code blocks that may help navigate through the code better (although it does not show BEGIN/END statements)
STATUS
Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for SQL Server.
