Error "One or more files listed in the statement could not be found or could not be initialized."
Description

Deleted a database file using Object Explorer | database | Alter Database | General. This appeared to work OK. However, when going back to the Alter Database, the file is still displayed. On checking in SQL Server Management Studio, the file has been deleted successfully. In Toad, on clicking to remove the file entry, the following error occurs:
"One or more files listed in the statement could not be found or could not be initialized."
So, it has already been deleted, but Toad is still showing that the file exists.
