After Alter Table, object looks checked in but repository has not been updated.
Description

I check out a table and then alter it. Based on the Background Processes window it appears to be checking in the Alter table script to the version control repository. However, if I check the repository, the changes have not been applied.
The same behavior displays when altering stored procedures too.
