Getting lookup error when trying to rename a trigger
Description

I am getting the following error when trying to rename a trigger.
"Lookup Error - SQL Server Database Error: Either the parameter @objname is ambiguous or the claimed @objtype (OBJECT) is wrong"
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
None

STATUS:
Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for SQL Server.
