Debugger Setup Wizard gives Error: "Client: sqldbg.dll COM library is not registered." (4282667)

When trying to use the debugger. The debugger give the error: Object reference not set to an instance.

The Debugger Setup Wizard gives the following errors: Here the copy of my logfile:

Warning: Client: OS version: Microsoft Windows XP with SP2 In some cases Windows XP with SP2 does not allow to remote SQL debugging.
