Toad for SQL Server hangs after disabling a trigger and about a minute or so, Toad gets minimized. The application is on the task bar and there is no possible way to maximize Toad for SQL Server.
Below are the steps:
1. Select any table from the Object Explorer.
2. Select the Trigger tab and click on the Disable button, then Toad hangs.
WORKAROUND:
1. Go to the SQL Server machine, the Reporting Services should be stopped.
2. Ensure Toad AutoCommit option is ON.
3. While Reporting Services are stopped, try to disable the trigger via Toad GUI again.
4. After that the Reporting Services should be started again.
