I cannot add additional objects to SVN version control by going to 'Tools | Options | Version Control | Objects.'
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Right-click on any object in the Object Explorer and select 'Version Control | Add to Version Control.'

STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for SQL Server.
