Schema Compare window doesn't in Toad on a Windows 10 machine
Description

When using Toad for SQL Server on a Windows 10 machine, when you click the Schema Compare option under the Compare icon or the Tools | Compare | Schema Compare option, the cursor changes to a circle for a fraction of a second and then reverts to the regular pointer and nothing further happens.

When running the application 'as Administrator' the issue doesn't happen.
Cause

Windows permissions issue.
Schema Compare option doesn't need admin rights on the application, but it does use the Temp folder to store data in your Users folder.
Resolution

Either run Toad by the shortcut by right-clicking it and choosing 'Run as Administrator', or grant Full Control permissions to the User group for the C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for SQL Server 2019 R2 Edition folder.
Please also ensure that the Windows user that is logged in and running Toad has full control access to the C:\Users folders also.
