'Out of Memory' exception error when saving a sql file that is over 40Mb in size
Description

When trying to save a SQL file in the Editor that has many rows, approx 185,000, and the SQL file is 40MB or more, an exception error is shown 'Out of Memory'.
The physical machine has plenty of memory available though, even when this message appears.

WORKAROUND:
None.
