"Index was out of range. Must be non negative and less than the size of the collection" when closing
Description

When closing the editor or exiting Toad after using Group Execution, the following error is given:
"Exception: System.ArgumentOutOfRange
Exception Message : Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index"
Cause

Error occurs when trying to close the specific Editor tab after running a query in Editor with Group Execution enabled and applied.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
None
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future version of Toad for SQL Server.
