Title
No drop statements is included in the object script generated. How can this option be enabled? -
Description
When using the right click menu on an object in the Object Explorer, go to Generate SQL | Create Script. The script created here will only give the script to create that object and does not include the drop statement.
Where is the setting to enable this option to include the drop statements in the script?

Cause
This missing option is a regression error and only leaves out the Drop when creating the script from the right click menu. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Create the script from Export DDL window.
1. Go to Tools | Export | DDLScript. This will open the Export DDL window.
2. At the top of the Export DDL window, in the toolbar for Export DDL, click on the browse button for the Options.
3. The options list will open and the option to include drop in the script should be available there.
4. Create the script from this window and the drop statement will be included.
