Error, "The Last day of the month option is supported only on Windows Vista..." in Task Scheduler (4229740)

In Toad for SQL Server automation tool, when scheduling the trigger date and time for the script to run in Toad, the option to select the 'Last Day of the Month' is not an available option. The option is available if creating a new scheduled task in the Windows Task Scheduler.

If successfully creating a scheduled task in Toad with any trigger date and time, then going to the Windows Task Scheduler to select the 'Last Day of the Month' option, the following error occurs:

The Last day of the month option is supported only on Windows Vista or later
