Changes made using the 'Alter View in Editor' option will not be refreshed in new tab sessions opened
Description

Connecting to a SQL Server database using Windows Authentication. In the Object Explorer, when altering Views using the "Alter View in Editor" option, any changes made will not be refreshed properly if using the same option again from the Object Explorer in the new tab opened.
Other objects such as Stored Procedures are OK and are refreshed properly in the new tabs.
Resolution

WORKAROUND 1:
Reconnect the current session and the tabs will be refreshed.
WORKAROUND 2:
Connect using SQL Server authentication, if possible.
