How do I disable the Filegroup from being compared in the Schema Compare?

How do I disable the Filegroup from being compared in the Schema Compare?
I have the exact same table (columns, data types, etc.) on two different databases, but the only difference is the Filegroup in which each table is on for each database.
Example:

Database 1:

CREATE TABLE dbo.TBL1 (
ID INT NOT NULL
) ON [DATAFG]
GO

Database 2:

CREATE TABLE dbo.TBL1 (
ID INT NOT NULL
) ON [PRIMARY]
GO

But I don't want the compare tool to detect the Filegroup of both of these tables.
Cause

Currently not possible to disable the dedection of the filegroup.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
None.
STATUS:
Enhancement Request ST78407 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Toad for SQL Server.
