Error, "DTS runtime is not installed on target server" when trying to use Copy/Move feature in Toad.
Description

On the "Configure The Package Properties" page of the Copy\Move Database Wizard tool, the following error occurs:
"DTS runtime is not installed on target server or 'SQL Agent Service Account' has no access to source."
Resolution

Install the Data Transformation Services Packages for the server in question.
