The Quick Search field of Web Browser drop down is not available.
Description

The Web Browser drop down located on the top-right corner of toolbar displays a gray icon next to Search SQLServerPedia and user cannot search topics.
Cause

Incorrect URL address stored in Quick Search options field.
Resolution

1. Select Tools | Options menu option
2. Drill down to Environment | Quick Search from left side tree
3. Ensure the following Names have the correct URL entered:
SqlServerPedia: http://sqlserverpedia.com/search/toad/v1/?query={0}
MSDN: http://search.msdn.microsoft.com/search/default.aspx?query={0}
