Saved Connections get deleted after a PC reboot, shutdown, or restart. -
Description
Saved Connections get deleted or lost after a computer or machine shut down and restart. All connections are removed. -
Cause
Company's network environment is clearing or resetting the C:\Users\<your_user>\AppData\Roaming contents upon a machine reboot, and therefore user settings files that Toad saved gets deleted as well. -
Resolution
Please contact your IT or Helpdesk people and ask to change this network behavior so that the contents of the C:\Users\<your_user>\AppData\ folder does not get deleted / reset.
