Error "Problem with load Permissions" when running a schema compare -
Description
When trying to run a Schema Compare for a (SQL Server 2016) schema with a large amount of database objects (1000+ tables, procedures etc), the following error occurs:

Resolution
WORKAROUND
On the Select Objects screen of the Schema Compare Wizard, click Add to select each object for comparison.
Don't leave the page blank to indicate all objects.

Issue fixed in Toad for SQL Server 6.8
