Resolution
Monitoring features are not supported when connected to SQL Anywhere databases. This would be the reason why the Tools menu | Monitor items are all grayed-out or disabled.
If you would like Toad for Sybase to have Monitoring support for SQL Anywhere databases, please submit a new enhancement request via our "Toad Idea Pond" web site.
