Explain Plan tab in the editor is not showing info about Cost, Bytes, and Cardinality.
Cause

There was a problem in the install of PLAN_TABLE
Resolution

Re-create the plan table and delete the public synonym TOAD_PLAN_TABLE
Then Toad will automatically recreate it.
